Whether we’re dressing up for a Roaring 20s night, going out with our daughter, Jillian (with her friend DeeDee in blue), or dancing to the sounds of The Tams, Mike and Janine know how to have fun. That’s Janine with Mike’s beloved Schecter Diamond Series 12-string outside of the Downtown Saloon in Leesburg, VA, the site of Close Enough’s final gig in June of 2012. As you can see from the window, the Saloon used to be known as Payne’s Biker Bar. The slogan “Better Off Here Than Across the Street” refers to the bar’s location, just a short walk to the Loudoun County Court House.
